1. Session Bookings and Cancellations

1.1 To cancel an energy healing therapy session, clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice in advance of the scheduled session. 1.2. In the event that a client cancels a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the client will be responsible for paying the full session fee. 1.3 Pre-paid sessions are not refundable or transferable and must be used within 12 months of the first appointment.

2. Confidentiality and Data Protection

2.1 All personal information shared between the client and the therapist shall be kept strictly confidential. 2.2. The therapist will not disclose any client information to third parties without the explicit consent of the client, unless it is necessary to consult with another professional, such as a doctor or therapist, for the client's well-being. 2.3. In cases where the therapist believes there is a risk of harm to the client or someone else, the therapist may be obligated to breach confidentiality and take appropriate actions to ensure safety.

3. Non-Discriminatory Practices

3.1 The energy healing therapy services provided by our business adhere to the principles of non-discrimination based on race, sex, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic. 3.2. We do not tolerate or engage in discriminatory practices and strive to create an inclusive and respectful environment for all clients.

Our therapy services should not be considered as a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4.2. The therapist cannot guarantee specific results from energy healing therapy sessions, as individual experiences may vary.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Clients are responsible for paying the agreed-upon session fees at the time of service. 5.2. Accepted payment methods, fees, and any applicable cancellation charges are clearly outlined on our website or discussed during the booking process.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website or provided during therapy sessions, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of our business. 6.2. Clients may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify any copyrighted materials, or make recordings of sessions, both audio or video without the explicit written consent of our business.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Our business, including its therapists and representatives, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our website or energy healing therapy services. 7.2. Clients engage in our services voluntarily and assume all risks associated with their participation.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the therapy services are provided.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the therapy services are provided.
